Ready to upgrade your pasta skills and unleash your inner Italian nonna? Join Chef Maggie for a fun, technique-packed cooking class focused on two timeless pasta favorites: pappardelle and ravioli. You’ll learn how to make your own pasta dough by hand, mastering essential techniques like kneading, rolling, and shaping. Chef Maggie will guide you through crafting perfect pappardelle noodles and expertly stuffed ravioli filled with a vibrant, herb-infused ricotta and tofu blend.


You’ll also whip up a flavorful aglio e olio sauce using olive oil, garlic, and Italian herbs, topped off with plant-based Parmesan and fresh parsley. It’s a celebration of traditional Italian cooking with a modern, plant-based twist.

What You’ll Experience

Discover the art of handmade pasta in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Maggie, where you’ll learn to create two classic shapes — delicate, ribbon-like pappardelle and pillowy ravioli — from scratch. Using a blend of all-purpose and semolina flour, you’ll mix, knead, and roll your dough using time-honored techniques designed to give your pasta the perfect bite. Chef Maggie will show you how to fill your ravioli with an herb-kissed ricotta and tofu mixture, then seal and shape them to perfection. You’ll also prepare a traditional aglio e olio sauce, made with fresh garlic, olive oil, and Italian seasonings, topped with plant-based Parmesan for a simple yet bold finish.
