Amazing food

Joining this cooking class was a truly unforgettable experience. We made authentic vegetable and shrimp tempura, and learned the traditional sauce and Japanese breading techniques, so different from what I've seen online. Then we prepared hand-rolled temaki sushi using premium ingredients like fresh salmon, tuna, fish roe, marinated beef, and vegetables. Everything we made was absolutely delicious! Each bite was full of flavor and made with care. This is something everyone should experience, to truly taste and feel the heart of Japanese cuisine. I'm deeply thankful for this opportunity given to foreigners like us to experience Japanese culture through food. Thank you to the chef, the wonderful staff, and the entire team. It was more than a class.. it was a beautiful cultural journey I'll never forget.

We had the omakase experience with sake pairing. This was the best meal of our life. The sushi was amazing and the chef was top notch. Even better was the ability for them to adjust the omakase meal to my allergies. Will be going back on our next Japan trip.

We had a great tour with our guide Tanaka, who shared his vast knowledge about Hiroshima with us - and introduced us to the wonderful okonomiyaki, which we all enjoyed making ourselves. We highly recommend this tour!

This experience went beyond my expectations. I would recommend as one of the top 10 things to do in Tokyo. It was certainly one of mine. Thanks to Mitsuyo and the Chefs for making this a memorable experience. Not to mention the best Ramen I have ever had.

Yuko was a fantastic host—gentle, kind, and incredibly generous with her knowledge. Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese sweets-making session, learning skills we're excited to bring back home.
